hello its been awhile but im back and ive got great news thanks to my connections in atlanta i have the wounderfull opertunity to be a roady for the popullar band slayer im quite excited and i will be recording my ideas and thoughts what i see and my every day life with the band come this summer. wish me luck and i will tell you more later buh bye

life and its meaniing through the eyes of a human

well if you take the spectrum of life and death in the way that there is a death to
actually take away life you must admit that there is something after death either
exsistance as we know it living breathing maybe even in a spiritual form either way our
bodys turn to soil and dust thus leaving us part of the earth once again so iether we
have a soul or not that is the question do you think humans are any better than animals
that they could defeat death??? no i say nay for they humans alone are the empathy of
horror we kill and pillage our own kind not out of nessesaty but out of greed i do not
belive that we could so much as muster up the courage to have a soul let alone say we
are the only creatures on this great earth to have one if in the term of a suol you
mean a spiritual energy when in that i could live out side of my body you must then
admit that there is indeedd a higher plane of existence where in fact we are no longer
mortal but imortal . If this is the case then why not go comit suicided to live in
this new exsistance no it is retorical we do not know what to expect once we died if we
did we would not fear death and thus have no reason to live…..if life in itself were
not so preashes to us we would not hold objects dear or close to us or even emotions
after all we will only need them for a short part of eternity so why should we love or
work for pay no life would be absolutly meaningless if we ne what happened once we
died…… so i say dont fear death….but what of after death should we be happy to
die or should we fear it?? well i say live life as best you can so that when you do
indeed die (and you will sooner than you think) that you are not disapointed that you
did not live the best lifeyou could to make yourself happy!!! after all if there is not
exsistance after death then it wont matter to us at all ……… And not caring
because we do not exsist scares me most of all! think about it you do not feal you do
not think you are not real due to the fact that you dont exsist !!!! you are
nothingness and this is what haunts my dreams pure hate and loathing of becoming
NOTHING
Assighnment #3 Newspaper
I believe that any school newspaper should be run to its most liberal. For example I believe any subject should be open for discussion excluding profanity and sexual terms and topics. All other topics should be allowed in school even if it berates the school for being bad or the faculty and staff for being less than expectable in their working conduct and productivity. Anything a student needs to say that doesn’t directly insult or discriminate it is acceptable. A student may talk about anything he or she wishes to as long as he or she does not use profanity or insulting gestures. Also if YOU DON’T LIKE IT DON’T READ IT
assighnment # 2 Supreme Court
The Supreme Court in my onion is the largest court system in the United States. The Supreme Court decides the lass for the rest of the nation. If an argument over the amendments or any time of law as if it were unconstitutional or wrong it would go to the Supreme Court and be judged there. Once in the Supreme Court you remain their until you die or until you are old and too senial; then they force you too retire. The Supreme Court serves as the final law of the land the final words “the Big Cohebra” they are it the people you go to for a last resort in desperate times and what they decide are law.
Freedom of speech
When the Tinker V.S. Des Monies case came about the fact that the children who wore the arm bands to school; were arrested and tried tells me that their freedom itself was violated and ignored. Unlike the flags in gangs today their armbands represented not gang violence or any type of violence but peace I am disgusted that this trial ever took place.
The next case that infuriates me is the Hazelwood case, in this case the government ruled that a school has the right to govern the writings and messages put into a public school newspaper. This idea is so ludicrous that the very notion of a school body being monitored by the staff is so stupid it violates the very fundamentals of free speech. If an American newspaper was told that they couldn’t Wright about a certain issue by the United States government all heck would break loose and I believe that a school’s newspaper should be no different.
Another case that refers to the freedom of speech cases is the Texas V.S. Johnson case. Now in this case Mr. Johnson was taken part in an Anti-Republican demonstration in Texas when he poured kerosene on an American flag and set it on fire. He was in his constitutional rights to do so but because it offended many nearby people he was arrested and tried. Thankfully he got off with the charges by stating that the law against burning the flag (that at the time was in place at the state) was unconstitutional and against the first amendment.
With these crimes against our first amendment not made by the people but by the government trying to convict these people for their natural freedoms, I believe that these trials should have never taken place at all. It is clear to me that all of those convicted were within their natural freedoms and should have been protected by the government not persecuted by them thank you very much and have a good night.
